How to Deal with Annoying People

Refund Policy:

• A full refund will be given for cancelation requests made 24 hours or more, before the scheduled course date.
• Cancelation within 24 hours’ of the start of the course: your registration fee will be forfeited and no refund will be given. Extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration and a credit for a future class MAY be given
• No-shows - your registration fee will be forfeited and you will not receive a refund
• Cancelation requests must be made in writing and sent via email to [email protected]

Instructor Cancelation Policy – If for some unforeseen reason, Cynthia Matheny is unable to hold class on the day it is scheduled, a reschedule date option will be given to the registered students. If a student is not able to attend the new scheduled date, a full refund will be issued or a credit to attend class on a future date will be given, based on student’s preference.
