DISC Deep Dive - SINGLE USER LICENSING AGREEMENT
Effective date: May 8, 2022
Our products are designed to assist you with your clients - in group coaching, one-on-one coaching sessions, consulting and in workshops and seminars. Our products are not intended as a source of advice or any other professional service.
1. This is a single-user license authorizing only the purchaser to use the product(s) leased as outlined below.
2. You are Encouraged to:
- Brand our tools and products by adding your contact information and logo, for use with your prospects, consulting clients, coaching clients and workshop attendees.
- Use our tools in the process of coaching clients, consulting for clients, workshop attendees or potential clients ie. as client homework, during a session with your client or with attendees at a seminar or workshop that you are delivering or have delivered and are using as a follow-up development tool.
- Reproduce, store, copy electronically or otherwise use our products for the above purposes. This includes printing and/or emailing our products directly to your prospects, consulting clients, one-on-one clients, group coaching clients and workshop attendees.
3. What You Cannot Do:
- You cannot remove the “3 Clever Bs copyright. All rights reserved” located on each document.
- You cannot share these resources with anyone except with your direct consulting or coaching clients.
- This resource may not be licensed or sold to others, used as part of a train-the-trainer program to train others, be distributed electronically as part of an online program for multiple virtual users or resold to other TTI Success Insights Value Added Associates or other providers of DISC or DISC-type instruments. Reselling our products includes, but is not limited to, using our tools in a book, ebook, and in an online or e-program where your only contact with the client is automated. You may not adapt or modify the content nor use it other than in its original form with the exception of adding your company contact information and logo.
- Give away our products or make them available online as a free resource. This includes but is not limited to; making our tools available on your website or any other website or app, in a private members' area on your website, posting our tools on social media, using our tools as a giveaway in your newsletters or with newsletter sign-up, using our tools as a bonus or gift in a blog post, product or other marketing project and including our tools in a page of free resources for your clients.
- Extract any portion of the material to be used in any other manner.
4. By purchasing our Products:
- You agree that these materials are the sole property of the 3 Clever B’s and are protected by copyright laws.
- You acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions and you acknowledge the purpose for which our products are intended.
- You agree that if you breach any of the conditions set forth in this Lease then this Lease is automatically revoked.
- You do so entirely at your own risk.
- You agree that you are appropriately qualified or informed to use our products.
- You acknowledge that this product is being sold to you as a 50-year lease.
5. General Understanding:
- We do not accept or undertake any liability to you in connection with the products and your subsequent use thereof.
- You agree that any liability we may be found to have at law shall be limited to the cost of the product you have purchased.
- You agree to indemnify us in respect of any cost, liability, expense, claim or loss which we may suffer as a result of any breach of these terms and conditions by you or anyone for whom you are at law responsible.
- 3 Clever B’s reserve the rights to all DISC Deep Dive intellectual property and failure to comply with the aforementioned guidelines will result in an immediate forfeiture of use.
DISC Creative Infographics - SINGLE USER LICENSING AGREEMENT

My DISC Creative Infographics were designed to help you educate and engage your clients, your target audience or anyone else who is interested in the DISC Concepts.
1. This is a single-user license authorizing only the purchaser to use the Creative Infographics as outlined below.
2. You may:
- Brand the Infographics with your logo and business contact information using any photo editing software.
- Use the Infographics in your social-media and email marketing.
- Use in presentations and workshops as additional education material.
3. You may not:
- You may not extract any portion of the Infographics, in part or in whole, for any reason.
- You may not license or sell the Infographics, in part or in whole, to anyone for any reason.
- You may not extract the intellectual property from the Infographics, in part or in whole, and duplicate it in any way for any reason.
4. By purchasing this Product:
- You acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
5. General Understanding:
- I do not accept or undertake any liability to you in connection with the products and your subsequent use thereof.
- You agree to indemnify Cynthia Matheny in respect of any cost, liability, expense, claim or loss which she may suffer as a result of any breach of these terms and conditions by you or anyone for whom you are at law responsible.
- Cynthia Matheny reserves the rights to all DISC Creative Infographics intellectual property and failure to comply with the aforementioned guidelines will result in an immediate forfeiture of use.
