DISC PowerPoint Presentations - SINGLE USER LICENSING AGREEMENT

My DISC PowerPoint presentations are designed to equip you with a ready-made presentation that engages and educates your clients. They are not intended as a source of advice or any other professional service.

1. This is a single-user license authorizing only the purchaser to use the PowerPoints as outlined below.

2. You may:

  • Brand the presentations with your logo and business contact information.
  • Rearrange slides to accommodate your personal preference.
  • Use in giving presentations and workshops.
  • Distribute the accompanying handout to attendees of any trainings you provide.

3. You may not:

  • You may not extract any portion of the presentation, in part or in whole, to post, promote or market on social media.
  • You may not share the presentation, in part or in whole, with anyone for any purpose.
  • You may not license or sell the presentation, in part or in whole, to anyone for any reason.
  • You may not extract the intellectual property from the presentation, in part or in whole, and duplicate it in any way for any reason.

4. By purchasing this Product:

  • You acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
  • You agree that you are appropriately qualified to use the product for training purposes.

5. General Understanding:

  • I do not accept or undertake any liability to you in connection with the products and your subsequent use thereof.
  • You agree to indemnify Cynthia Matheny in respect of any cost, liability, expense, claim or loss which she may suffer as a result of any breach of these terms and conditions by you or anyone for whom you are at law responsible.
  • Cynthia Matheny reserves the rights to all DISC PowerPoint Presentation intellectual property and failure to comply with the aforementioned guidelines will result in an immediate forfeiture of use.
  • You understand that the presentations are delivered with all transitions and animations fully functional. Any modifications you make, resulting in faulty animations or transitions, are 100% your responsibility to repair.
